Book a Group Class

  1. Log in to your account or create an account.

  2. Browse our classes & packages in the "Pricing" tab for pricing and deals.

  3. Go to the "Book Now" tab, select your time & class, and proceed to payment.

  4. You will then be asked to choose a single class or a package. Select then process your payment.

  5. Attend your class on time, late comers are not permitted.

  2. Browse our classes & packages in the "Pricing" tab for pricing and deals.

  3. Go to the "Lets Chat" Icon (bottom right) and include some information:

    • What are your goals?​

    • Do you have any injuries?

    • Time preferences?

  4. Wait for us to reach out to purchase and schedule you in!

Offered for reformer pilates, group classes are a great way to train with a community of individuals. You can bring friends and family and everyone can share in the benefits of Pilates.

Offered for all services, private or semi-private sessions are a more personalized approach to training. Whether that is recovery or growth, our qualified and passionate instructors will design training programs for you to help you reach all your goals. We also reccomend to book a private session if you are unsure of your pilates level and would like to get reccomendations on what classes to take!
