A Pilates group class up to 3 participants. This postnatal Pilates class is perfect for women who have been cleared by their doctor to resume exercise. Healing takes time, but you can rebuild your strength, tone up, and feel amazing in your body after having a baby. What to expect: Pilates exercises help new moms: - rebuild core & pelvic floor strength - repair diastasis recti and/or C-section shelf - re-connect with your body and tone up your muscles Beginners: we would strongly recommend that you have practiced at least 10 private postnatal classes before participating in this postpartum group class. *Check with your doctor before starting this or any exercise routine. Wait until you get clearance (usually 6 weeks or 6-8 weeks after a c-section). Don't do any movement that causes you pain, discomfort or doming of your stomach. You are responsible for your own safety. Listen to your body, breathe, and be patient as you re-connect with your body again.
