A Reformer group class with up to 6 participants. A cardio-based Pilates workout packs an even stronger punch with faster movements that require more effort than usual. What to expect: along with the benefits of regular Reformer workouts, our cardio-based Reformer Pilates classes can help you to increase calorie/fat burn, elevate your heart rate and tone up muscles. Beginners: we would strongly recommend that you have practiced at least 2 essential level classes before participating in our cardio-based class.
