We offers private one-on-one, semi-private & group Pilates classes. We also have GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® sessions plus health services in one location. The experienced trainers will tailor your workouts specifically to meet your goals. We are a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of North York just outside of the Yonge and Finch subway station.
